General description

SMC^® 人IL-1β高灵敏度免疫分析试剂盒包含进行分析所需的所有试剂。该测定采用以标准孔板形式配置的标准免疫测定工作流程。

测定方案与现有的夹心ELISA方法相似，但有两个主要区别：
1）洗脱缓冲液破坏夹心结构，分离标记的检测抗体以进行定量。
2）Erenna和SMCxPRO^®免疫测定系统使用单分子计数（SMC^®）技术检测分析物。

Other Notes
