General description

SMC^® 人TNFα高灵敏度免疫分析试剂盒包含进行分析所需的所有试剂。该测定采用以标准孔板形式配置的标准免疫测定工作流程。

测定方案与现有的夹心ELISA方法相似，但有两个主要区别：
1）洗脱缓冲液破坏夹心结构，分离标记的检测抗体以进行定量。
2）Erenna 和SMCxPRO^® 免疫测定系统使用单分子计数（SMC^®）技术对分析物进行检测。

Other Notes

Although TNFα was detectable in non-human primate, rat, feline, canine and equine samples, the assay has not been verified for these species.
