General description
细丝蛋白是一种结构蛋白，可在两条肌动蛋白丝之间形成柔性交联。细丝蛋白是多肽链的同型二聚体，每个多肽链的一端彼此连接，另一端带有肌动蛋白结合位点。存在于平滑肌、成纤维细胞、血小板和淋巴细胞中。

Application
使用经验证可用于IP、WB、IH、IH（P）的抗细丝蛋白A抗体，克隆TI10检测细丝蛋白A。
免疫印迹：1：250至1：1000
免疫沉淀：建议的裂解缓冲液是含0.5%triton X-100和蛋白酶抑制剂的PBS（注意全长细丝蛋白包括钙蛋白酶抑制剂）。 每300μL细胞裂解物5微升抗体（建议总蛋白为3-5mg/ml）。在室温下培养4小时或在4C下过夜；建议使用蛋白A/G琼脂糖珠或兔抗小鼠二次捕获抗体以获得**回收率。 建议使用4-10%丙烯酰胺凝胶进行全长细丝蛋白或80kDa片段的可视化。
免疫荧光：1：50至1：200使用标准ABC技术。适用于石蜡包埋切片（较低稀释度）的染色。推荐高温柠檬酸盐缓冲液抗原修复技术。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
