Application

识别人和牛IV型胶原，如ELISA所示。与I、II、III、V和VI型胶原的交叉反应性低于10%。可能对其他物种的IV型胶原具有反应性。AB769尚未与其他细胞外基质蛋白（例如层粘连蛋白，纤连蛋白）一起检验。
Physical form
亲和纯化的免疫球蛋白。在纯化之前，将抗血清吸附在固定在琼脂糖™4B上的I，II，III，V和VI型胶原上。 硼酸盐缓冲盐水中的液体，pH值8.2，无叠氮化钠。

Preparation Note
