General description
24 kDa
抗LexA抗体可检测LexA蛋白和与LexA蛋白融合的重组蛋白。该抗体可用于检测构建用于酵母双杂交系统或其他相互作用捕获系统的潜在诱饵蛋白的表达。LexA会增加约22至25 kDa的蛋白质，具体取决于额外氨基酸的数量。

对应于氨基酸残基1-202的LexA蛋白的带有His标签的DNA结合域
Application
用抗LexA抗体，DNA结合区（兔多克隆抗体）检测LexA，该抗体已显示可在IP & WB中起作用。
