Product Description
General description
凭借Millicell嵌套板，附着或悬浮细胞可以从其上下两侧接触到培养基。更加密切地模拟了体内所发生的细胞生长、结构和功能。另外，Millicell嵌套板可用于从两侧研究单层细胞。

Preparation Note
为确保膜从基底侧充分润湿，并减少气泡形成的几率，请按照以下步骤操作：
- 向接收孔中加入检测溶液或培养基：对于6孔板格式或等效尺寸，加入2 mL。
- 使用镊子以30°-45°的角度将插件放入接收孔中，以从基底侧逐渐润湿膜。
- 当插件边缘开始润湿时，轻轻放下插件，直至其完全嵌入孔中。
