Product Description
General description
PR结构域蛋白（PRDM）与多种人类癌症有关。研究发现，PRDM14在乳腺癌细胞中表达上调。乳腺癌细胞中PRDM14的表达实际上增加了细胞增殖、降低了化疗药物的作用，而PRDM14的下调则作用相反。除乳腺癌外，最近还发现PRDM14与非小细胞肺癌的进展有关。PRDM14似乎在保持人类胚胎干细胞的自我更新和转录调控方面也发挥作用。
