A 20 amino acid peptide sequence near the N-terminus of rat ENaC alpha (Linguela et al. 1993; Canessa et al.
1993; Snyder et al. 1994; Waldmann et al. 1995; Kreutz et al. 1997; Voilley et al.
1994; McDonald et al. 1994; Ludwig et al. 1998; Garty & Palmer 1997).
Application
Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL and rat brain membrane preparations, see membrane preparation protocol under Technical Support\General Technical Info\General Methods at www.chemicon.com.
83-90kDa band is expected.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
