Application
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected α-syn in human cerebral cortex tissue.
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected α-syn in PK-digested FL a-syn pffs (Guo, J.L., et al. (2013). Cell. 154:103-117).
Biochem/physiol Actions
This antibody detects a-Synuclein preformed fibrils that can cross seed tau fibrilliation.
Physical form
Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1κ in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.
Preparation Note

Analysis Note
Evaluated by Western Blotting in human brain tissue lysate.
Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected α-syn in 10 µg of human brain tissue lysate.
