Immunogen
A 23 amino acid peptide sequence within the cytoplasmic domain 3 rat NCX1 (Low et al. 1993; Furman et al. 1993; Lee et al. 1994; Nicoll et al. 1996; Kumoro et al. 1992; Blaustein & Lederer 1999).

Recognizes rat Sodium Calcium Exchanger 1 (NCX1). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with other NCX proteins.

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS containing 0.1% BSA.
Preparation Note
Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
