General description
蛋白G纯化的小鼠单克隆抗体。识别约45-68 kDa磷酸化和非磷酸化形式的tau。
识别~45-68 kDa Tau蛋白。
该小鼠抗Tau mAb(TAU-5)经过验证，可用于冷冻切片、免疫印迹、免疫沉淀、石蜡切片以检测Tau。

Preparation Note
初次解冻后，分装冻存（-70°C）。如果浓度为<50 µg/ml，请勿贮藏没有载体蛋白的稀释抗体。

当用于福尔马林/石蜡包埋切片时，在10 mM枸橼酸盐缓冲液（pH 6.0）中煮沸组织切片10-20分钟，然后在抗体培养前在室温下冷却20分钟，从而增强染色。Tau mRNA的交替剪接和差异磷酸化促成tau的异质性。不与微管蛋白的其他MAPS发生交叉反应。识别天然和磷酸化形式的tau。合适的工作稀释度由与测定条件相关的变量决定。
