Application
Anti-PKD2 Antibody detects level of PKD2 & has been published & validated for use in WB.
Immunoblot Analysis: A 1:500-1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected PKD2 in RIPA lysates from A431 cells that had been stimulated with PMA.

Routinely evaluated by immunoblot in RIPA lysates from HEK293m cells that had been stimulated with 50 ng/mL of PDBu for 10 minutes or PMA stimulated A431 cells.
