昆虫GeneJuice
- 当昆虫Genejuice®与Sf9细胞系结合使用时，来自海肾荧光素酶表达与plex的原始相对光单位(RLU)为131.90，而其他试剂与Sf9一起使用时为75.726，因此相差1.7倍。
- 当昆虫Genejuice®与Sf9细胞系结合使用时，来自海肾荧光素酶表达与plex的原始相对光单位(RLU)为131.90，而其他试剂与High Five一起使用时为11.952，因此相差11倍。
- 当昆虫Genejuice®与Sf9细胞系结合使用时，来自海肾荧光素酶表达与plex的原始相对光单位(RLU)为131.90，而昆虫Genejuice与High Five一起使用时为31.897，因此相差4.1倍。
昆虫GeneJuice转染试剂以2 mg/ml混悬液的形式在20 mM MES，150 mM NaCl，pH 6.2缓冲液中提供。1 ml足以分别在10 ml悬浮培养瓶或35 mm平板中进行12或125次转染。
