Biochem/physiol Actions
蛋白质印迹（~210 kDa）、免疫沉淀和功能试验测定的二氢吡啶钙通道a1亚基。建议使用膜制剂。小鼠肌肉细胞系BC3H1是良好的阳性对照细胞系。与L型钙通道α 1亚基反应。通过FACS分析对小细胞癌和神经母细胞瘤具有特异性。与鳞状细胞癌或心脏钙通道亚型无相互作用。
