Anti-Na+/H+ Exchanger-3 Antibody, isoform NHE3, clone 4F5 detects level of Na+/H+ Exchanger-3 & has been published & validated for use in IC, IH(P), IP & WB.
Immunoblotting (rabbit 80 kDa and rat ~83 kDa)

Immunohistochemistry (rat) on PLP or paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. Works on paraffin embedded tissue sections.

Immunocytochemistry

Immunoprecipitation (use non-ionic detergent)
