General description
PD-1（程序性死亡受体-1）是一种免疫抑制分子，也称为PDCD1（程序性细胞死亡蛋白1）。它位于染色体2q37.3上。是免疫球蛋白受体超家族的成员之一。
Immunogen
由人PD-1羧基末端附近的16个氨基酸组成的肽。
Biochem/physiol Actions
PD-1（程序性死亡1，programmed death-1）基因对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）敏感。PD-1的多态性可能参与EOG（上皮性卵巢癌）的生长。它可作为T细胞的负调节剂。它还导致肿瘤细胞介导的免疫逃逸。

可以使用阻断肽 SBP4065阻断该抗体的作用。
