Product Description
General description
细胞冷冻培养基是防冻剂DMSO与胎牛血清的组合。但无血清培养基可用甲基纤维素和泊洛沙姆188以及其他添加剂（如抗坏血酸、α-生育酚和脯氨酸）替代血清。
Application
DMSO无血清1x细胞冷冻培养基已用于冷冻人类神经祖细胞(hNPCs)，嗅鞘细胞(OECs)和视网膜色素上皮细胞(RPE)。
Other Notes
含 MEM、二甲基亚砜 (8.7%) 和甲基纤维素的完全即用型培养基。根据 Waymouth 的配方配制。
