Product Description
General description
由正钒酸钠（>货号567540）去聚合活化而成，可强效地竞争性抑制内源磷酸酶。用于保持细胞和细胞裂解液中蛋白的磷酸化状态。在加入EDTA或经稀释后，抑制表现完全可逆性。 推荐掺入裂解液的浓度~ 1 mM。以5 ml或一组3 x 1 ml形式提供。
