General description

Taq DNA聚合酶是一种从嗜热菌水生栖热菌（ Thermus aquaticus）衍生的特殊热稳定酶。这种酶采用重组形式，在大肠杆菌中表达。Taq DNA聚合酶可以承受高达95 °C的高温而不明显丧失活性。Taq DNA聚合酶是一种依赖镁离子的酶。Taq DNA聚合酶拥有5′→3′ DNA聚合酶活性和5′→3′外切酶活性。

Application

CORET PCR试剂盒用于人心果不同物种遗传多样性研究的基因组DNA扩增。
带有Taq DNA聚合酶的PCR Core试剂盒适用于基因组DNA、cDNA或克隆DNA模板的扩增。每个成分都经过聚合酶链反应的测试。Taq聚合酶、模板DNA、引物和MgCl₂的**浓度取决于系统的具体情况。可能需要对各组分分别进行优化，特别是Taq和Mg²⁺的浓度和循环参数。

Preparation Note

试剂盒中含有足够用于250单位Taq DNA聚合酶的试剂。
